To protect the investment of Queensland taxpayers and to expedite the delivery of Queensland Government building infrastructure programs, the Government has a policy of prequalification or registration for all consultants, contractors and suppliers of building related services.
All professional consultants (fees over $30,000 incl GST) and building contractors (contract $250,000 or above incl GST) who wish to work directly for the Queensland Government must be prequalified (PQC).

Registration
For smaller works including minor works, upgrades, maintenance and supplies (contractors and suppliers) you will need to register with QBuild.
